1) Redémarrez votre appareil et vérifiez sinon, vous pouvez dépanner avec les étapes mentionnées ci-dessous.
2)Supprimez toutes les connexions Bluetooth
- Allez dans le menu Paramètres de votre appareil
- Tapez sur Bluetooth
- Vous trouverez les connexions précédentes listées dans cette section
- Touchez et maintenez chaque nom de périphérique jusqu'à ce que vous voyiez un menu qui vous donnera l'option de supprimer le nom du périphérique
- Tapez sur Supprimer et confirmez votre sélection
- Faites cela pour tous les périphériques listés ici.
- Une fois que votre liste est vide, switch off the Bluetooth connection from the top right button on the same screen
- Wait for 5 seconds and switch on the Bluetooth and wait till your phone finds the device you want to connect with
3)Delete Bluetooth cache
- Switch off your Bluetooth by accessing it from the notifications shade of your device
- Head into the Settings menu of your device
- Tap on Apps
- From the top tabs, swipe right or left to reach the tab that shows All Apps
- Look for Bluetooth under the apps and tap on it
- Tap on the option that says Empty Cache
- Wait for the device to delete the cache files for Bluetooth and switch on your Bluetooth connection
4) Use safe mode to identify misbehaving apps
- Press and keep holding the Power button on your device that will bring power menu
- Once the Power menu comes up, touchez et maintenez l'option Redémarrer jusqu'à ce que vous voyiez une nouvelle fenêtre qui vous demandera si vous souhaitez redémarrer votre appareil en mode sans échec
- Tapez OK pour confirmer et votre appareil commencera à redémarrer
